Sometime earlier this year, I actually taught a cupcake workshop at the Sunway School of Hospitality and Tourism! The funny thing was, I don't even know anyone from there. The students had to run a charity project and decided to hold cupcake workshops to raise funds. One of the team members was Googling for instructions on cupcake baking and came across my blog... and they invited me to help them out... and ended up asking me to take one of the sessions where we taught them how to make and pipe buttercream icing. Fun! :)
Made this for all the guests at my 19th birthday party... some of which I'll probably not see for a long time again due to studies overseas and life in general. But thanks for the memories. ;)
